عدني
Yemen's most beloved brew · Three expressions
They say in Yemen: with the break of every new dawn, the hands of the Adeni woman busy themselves scattering flour lightly across her kitchen table.
She rolls out the khameer dough with a wooden pin — her hands knowing by heart exactly where to stop. She shapes the soft dough artfully into neat triangles and squares before sliding them into a pot of hot oil. And while those pastries take on their delicious golden colour, the Adani tea has already settled into a tightly sealed dallah, keeping its flavours and aromas from escaping into the air.
That is the ritual: patience, seal, and warmth. The dallah is never rushed. The tea simmers slowly with black tea leaves and our secret spice blend — a blend passed down through generations of coastal households in Aden, the city that gave this drink its name.
"Hajjah made you a dallah of Adani."

It was not the drink alone that moved us — it was the warmth behind it, the sincere welcome that flowed from the heart of Hajjah Suad, mother-in-law of our Yemeni colleague in Riyadh. Her dallah became a symbol of love and belonging in a foreign city. And that is where Adani Corner truly began.
The original — slow-brewed with milk and the full warmth of our secret spice blend.
The purist's choice — every note of spice laid bare, nothing softened, nothing hidden.
Our house expression layers Adani tea with Mistikah beads — never from concentrate — for their prized aromatic note, balanced carefully without artificial flavourings.

التلبينة
The ancient barley remedy · Two expressions
Traditionally prepared on the stovetop as a warm, comforting pudding, talbina makes nourishing barley easy to savour. At Adani Corner, we have made it into our proprietary Talbina drink, served hot or iced.
Traditionally prepared on the stovetop as a warm, comforting pudding, talbina takes its name from the Arabic word for milk — laban — reflecting its creamy, milk-white colour. At Adani Corner, we have made this nourishing barley grain easier to enjoy as our proprietary Talbina drink, served hot or iced.
At Adani Corner, we source our barley directly from Qamh Al-Baraka and work with local partner Dimitri to source the finest ingredients — a quiet expression of our commitment to the Jordanian and Arab producers we believe in.
Ground barley, slowly simmered and finished with pure honey. The original, unembellished ritual.
The classic enriched with a crumble of biscuit — a playful modern layer on an ancient recipe.

المخا
Yemen's gift to the world · 15th-century port heritage
Before Brazil, before Colombia, before any coffee estate the modern world knows — there was a small Yemeni port city called Mokha.
From the fifteenth to the seventeenth century, the port of Mokha on the Red Sea coast was the world's sole source of coffee. Every cup drunk in Ottoman Istanbul, in the grand cafés of Cairo, in the trading houses of Venice — every single one of those cups was brewed from beans that had passed through Mokha's docks. The word "mocha" in every language it exists in is simply the name of that port, carried forward by the centuries.
Yemeni coffee plants — nurtured in the terraced highlands of Haraz, watered by mountain mists — produced a bean of a character no other region has fully replicated: a natural chocolatey depth, a lively layered character, and a finish that lingers. These are the qualities we honour in every cup of Mokha we brew.
At Adani Corner, Mokha is prepared in the Arab style — unhurried, aromatic, and gently layered with our secret spice blend — a drink that asks you to slow down. To sit. To remember that coffee was always, first and last, about gathering.

55% dark chocolate cooked with milk and cinnamon, then topped with a concentrated shot of our Ismaili espresso for a bold cocoa finish.

القهوة السادة
Arabian Peninsula · Ceremonial · Served plain
Sadda coffee is not a single recipe — it is a posture of welcome, repeated across every corner of the Arabian Peninsula.
From the highlands of Yemen and the date-palm groves of Saudi Arabia to the welcoming homes of Jordan, the tradition of serving plain, unsweetened coffee has carried the same quiet gesture for centuries: a cup extended, a welcome offered, a gathering begun. The word sadda — plain, unadorned — describes not just the absence of milk or sugar but a philosophy: the bean and the spice should speak for themselves.
At Adani Corner, our Sadda range brings together three distinct expressions of this tradition: Yemeni, Saudi, and Jordanian. Each is brewed true to its character — gently layered with our secret spice blend or left entirely bare, roasted to the profile it deserves — so that what arrives in your cup is not a generic 'Arabic coffee' but a cup with a specific sense of place.
Medium-roast Yemeni beans, gently layered with our secret spice blend — the mountain highlands in a cup.
Light-roast with our warm secret spice blend, poured pale gold — the classic majlis welcome of the Arabian heartland.
A balanced medium roast with gently warming notes — Adani Corner’s Jordanian expression of Sadda.

لاتيه الطحينة
Part of our wider plant-forward range · Tahini, oat milk and espresso
Stone-ground tahini, a double shot of espresso, oat milk and honey — naturally sweetened with no refined sugar added. Part of a wider plant-forward range with turmeric- and cinnamon-led variations. Best enjoyed cold, and available hot.
The tahini latte takes that ancient, nutty richness and brings it into conversation with espresso: the boldness of coffee meeting the silky depth of pure ground sesame. It is one of those combinations that feels both unexpected and immediately right — a genuinely Arab contribution to a form the world thought it already knew.
Ours is made with premium tahini sourced from artisan producers who still stone-grind their sesame the old way, blended with a double shot of espresso, oat milk and honey. Naturally sweetened with honey and with no refined sugar added, it is smooth, slightly bitter and subtly sweet. It is one expression in our wider plant-forward range, which also includes turmeric- and cinnamon-led variations. It is best enjoyed cold, and available hot as well.

بن يمني فاخر
Sourced directly from Yemen · Ismaili beans, 1,800m and above
Great espresso begins long before the machine — it begins on a mountainside. Ours begins in Yemen, sourced directly from the highlands where coffee itself was born.
We source our espresso beans directly from Yemen — no middlemen, no blends of convenience. Our current variety is the Ismaili bean, grown at 1,800 metres and above sea level, where the thin mountain air slows the cherry's ripening into a mature, full-bodied fruit. That slow maturity is exactly what makes it a prime espresso bean: dense, complex, and naturally sweet under pressure.
The Ismaili is our favourite, but we stay open to other seasonal varieties — always sourced from Yemen, always from reputable growers and roasters we trust. Whichever bean is in the hopper, it carries the same promise: coffee from the land where coffee began, pulled as espresso worthy of that heritage.

Oat milk · From tahini to turmeric and cinnamon
Authentic Arab hospitality has always made room for every guest at the table.
Our plant-forward range — led by oat milk — brings that same spirit of welcome to every preference, moving from Tahini Latte to turmeric- and cinnamon-led variations. All the warmth and depth of our signature blends, crafted so that no one at the table needs to drink something lesser.
Oat milk was chosen deliberately: its creamy, neutral character complements our teas and coffees without fighting them — allowing the secret spice blend to speak for itself.
